Edgerton Village Council Takes On Extremely Light Agenda

The Edgerton Village Council approved a raise for an employee within the utilities office and accepted the resignation of its fire chief, June 20.

Denise Knecht received a $1.10 per hour raise for increased duties and responsibilities. The Village Council met in executive session for about 15 minutes to discuss the matter.

Fire Chief Scott Blue submitted his resignation which was effective June 30.
