The Edon Village Council met on February 18th via teleconference. The meeting was rescheduled from Tuesday, February 16th due to weather.

It was announced that a new web site is up and running for the Village. You can check it out at www.edon-ohio.com.

Village Administrator Chad Ordway says that the site will show community events in the Village as well as announce meetings and place Council meeting minutes.

In other news, the Village awarded a water line project to Kyle J. Sherman Excavating in the amount of $211,040.

This project will span the 100 and 200 block of E Railroad St, the 100 block of S Main St, a segment of the Town Hall Parking Lot, and an easement to connect Railroad St to E Indiana St.
