Esther Mae Vaughn, age 89, of Delta, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Defiance Area Inpatient Center.
Esther was born in Swanton on March 7, 1926, the daughter of Frank and Grace (Sperling) Kurth. On June 30, 1946 she married Donald Vaughn, and he preceded her in death in 2015.
Surviving are three daughters, Sherry Vaughn of Delta, Sandy Vaughn of Toledo and Susan Vaughn of Clawson, MI; three grandchildren, Jason, Ryan and Kacey; brother, Howard Kurth of Toledo and sister, Joanne Henricks of Delta. She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald.
Funeral services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Grisier-Weigel Funeral Home in Delta.
