Evergreen High School Celebrates 2022 Homecoming

Evergreen High School held their 2022 Fall Homecoming Ceremony on Friday October 7 prior to the football game against Bryan.

First freshmen attendant is Ava Vaculik, daughter of Matt and Sheila Vaculik. Avah is involved in softball and plays to continue playing through college while pursuing a degree in the medical field.

Ava was escorted by Joey Okos, son of Amber and Joe Okos. Joey is involved in football, wrestling, track and student council, he plans to play college football in the future.


Second freshmen attendant was Brynley Lipinski, daughter of Tyler Lipinski, Amy Husted and Aaron Husted. Brynley is involved in volleyball and track.

She was escorted by Will Ruetz, son of Chris ande Nick Ruetz. Will is involved in football, basketball, baseball and track and field and plans on playing college sports.

First sophmore attendant announced was Mary Daughtery, daughter of Jordan and Allison Daugherty. Mary is involved in volleyball, the red cross club and student council. She plans on going to college for nursing and becoming an esthetician.


She was escorted by Jon Hawkins, son of Tracy and Jon Hawkins. He is involved in FFA and plans to become a welder and redo his truck.

Second sophmore attendant was Addison Ricker, daughter of Ashlee and Joseph Ricker. Addison is involved in basketball, volleyball and track. After high school she plans to go to college and become an accountant.

Addison was escorted by Colton Robertson, son of Allison and Chris Robertson. He is involved in baseball, basketball and football, and plans to go to college after high school.


First junior attendant was Hannah Wilson, who is the daughter of Josh and Shannon Wilson. Hannah is involved in soccer, basketball, track, softball, band and girl scouts.

Hannah was escorted by Riley Dunbar, son of Ashley and David Hall. Riley is involved in football, soccer, basketball and track. After high school he plans on majoring in engineeering.

Second Junior attendant was Lilly Herr who is the daughter of Jeff and Michelle Herr, and was also escorted by her sister Emily Herr. She is involved in FFA, Fulton County Jr. Fair Board, Trap, 4-H and shooting sports. After high school Emily plans to be an pediatric oncology nurse.

Lilly was escorted by Elijah Hernandez, son of Miriam and Daniel Hernandez. Elijah is involved in soccer and band. He plans to become a radiologist after high school.

First announced senior attendant is Emileigh Myers, who is the daughter of Dianna and Tim Myers. She is involved in cheer and with her church. Her future plans are to attend Four County Career Center.

Emileigh was escorted by Walker Lumbrezer, the son of Tayna and RJ Lumbrezer. Walker is involved in soccer, basketball, track, National Honor Society, FFA, FCCLA, red cross club and art club. After high school he plans on enlisting in the army, then attending college to major in finance.


Second senior attendant was Lucy Serna, daughter of Kathryn Serna. She is involved in volleyball, basketball, softball, National Honor Society, Student Council, art club and is drum major in the marching band. After high school she plans on going into the Army National Guard to pursue a degree in Phsycology and eventually become a Phsychiatrist traveling the world to learn about anything and everything.

She was escorted by Connor Hewson, who is the son of Cameron and Ryan Hewson. Connor is involved in football and baseball. After high school he plans on on attending Ohio State University to study mechanical engineering. Lucy and Connor were later named Evergreen High School 2022 Homecoming King and Queen.

Third senior attendant was Ahrianna McCabe, who is the daughter od Denise and Ryan McCabe. Ahrianna is involved in National Honor Society, student council, art club, the Red Cross Club and band. After highschool she plans to join the Navy and go into their Nuclear Propulsion Program.

She was escorted by Remi Taylor, who is the son of Michelle Bowman and Brian Taylor. Remi is involved in marching band, jazz band and cross country. He plans are to become a tattoo artist and work at his fathers tattoo shop.

Congratulations to Queen Lucy Serna and King Connor Hewson and the Evergreen Homecoming Court.
