The Evergreen Local Board of Education met in regular session on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 6 p.m. with eleven visitors present. The board voted to approve:
- Minutes of the October 19, 2020 meeting
- October 2020 financial reports
- State Grants for FY21 and amended resources and modified appropriations
- Federal grant fund carryover amounts from FY20 grant to FY21 grants and amended resources and modified appropriations accordingly
- A Revised Auxiliary Services agreement with Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West for the 20-21 school year in the amount of $72,563.04 for services of Auxiliary Services personnel for the benefit of Holy Trinity School and amended resources and modified appropriations accordingly
- Transferred $12,015.04 from 003-7200-910-9011 HB PI Transfers-Out and $85,749.46 from 003-7200-910-0000 PI Transfers-Out to 002-5100-9011 HB264 Energy Conservation Project Transfers-In, and approved the following debt payments due
December 1, 2020: 1) Refunded Series 2001 bond principal and interest of $803,674.48 2) Refunded Series 2020 bond principal and interest of $135,025.50 3) Series 2010-HB264 Energy Conservation Bonds principal and interest of $97,764.50 - Fund-to-fund advances and amended resources and modified appropriations accordingly

Dylan Henricks JV Baseball Coach; and Rudy Corpus Assistant Wrestling Coach Volunteer - Rescinded and offered the following supplemental contracts for 2020-2021, pending the completion of all pupil activity permit requirements: Douglas DeSloover Rescinded as 12th Grade Advisor; Kristi Hennessey and Megan Anstead as HS Student Council ½ contract each
The board held under discussion and information: Treasurer Bond and Insure, Crime Insurance Limits; and Tentative 20-21 and 22-23 District Calendars. The Board voted to enter Executive Session to consider the employment of public employees, with no action taken. The meeting adjourned at 6:52. The next regular meeting will be held on December 21, 2020 at 6 p.m. in the Evergreen HS Gym.
