DELTA – The next Fulton County Genealogical Society meeting is Tuesday, April 11 at 7 p.m. when Sheri Friesner will share information on the travel, living conditions and everyday life in the Black Swamp.
Sheri Friesner has a Bachelor in History from Grand Canyon University. She worked at Owens Community College for 10 years in Admissions/Advising and during this time went back to school to earn a Master in Library and Information Sciences with a focus on Museum Studies, from Kent State University. In 2014 Sheri completed an internship at Sauder Village, and after graduating from Kent State in December of 2014, she was hired by Sauder village in February 2015.
Fulton County Genealogical Society meetings are held at Trinity Lutheran Church, 410 Taylor St., Delta. Parking and entry is on the back side of the church. If Delta School is cancelled due to weather, our meeting is also cancelled.
