A Fulton County Common Pleas Court arraignment held Tuesday, March 17 moved forward the criminal case against Clayton C. Beadle, who entered not guilty pleas to all 13 counts contained in a recently filed indictment.

According to court records from the hearing, Beadle appeared in open court with court appointed attorney Sam Gold, while the State of Ohio was represented by Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Paul H. Kennedy.

During the arraignment, Beadle acknowledged receiving a copy of the indictment, waived the waiting period following service, and also waived a reading of the indictment in open court before entering not guilty pleas to each count.

The case stems from a Fulton County grand jury indictment filed earlier this term in the Common Pleas Court. That indictment charges Beadle with 13 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, with each count listed as a fourth-degree felony. The charges allege the offenses occurred on or about July 24, 2025, in Fulton County.

The March 17 hearing itself primarily addressed the formal arraignment and scheduling of the case moving forward.

Court records show that bail set at the defendant’s initial appearance was continued. The court also set deadlines requiring the prosecution to provide discovery by March 31 and any motions to be filed by April 14.

A pretrial and motion hearing was then scheduled for April 29 at 2:00 p.m. No trial date was listed in the records from Tuesday’s hearing.
