Fayette Local Board Of Education Convenes To A Light Agenda On October 12th

The Fayette Local Board of Education convened on the evening of October 12.

The Board approved the financial report for September, 2015, and the five year forecast for fiscal years 2016-2020. The Board accepted an anonymous donation in the amount of $90.00 for Chromebook user fees, an anonymous donation in the amount of $50.00 for the elementary principal fund for student activities, and a donation of $170.00 from Pheasants Forever to purchase Archery banners.

In staffing matters, the Board amended the supplemental contract for Amy Herman as 8th Grade Volleyball coach to 7th/8th Grade Volleyball coach for fiscal year 2016.

The Board approved Aaron Hylander as the student/incentive coordinator for fiscal year 2016, Gene Rupp as a substitute van driver for fiscal year 2016, pending proper certification, and Tyler Downing as JH Girls Basketball Co-Coach for fiscal year 2016.

Finally, the Board approved Beilharz Architects to provide a proposal and designs for a building addition to the existing Vo-Ag Shop and a sports complex.
