Four County Career Center Board Of Education Discusses Financial Statements & Staff Changes

The February Meeting of the Four County Career Center Board of Education was held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Preceding this meeting, the Policy Committee met at 6:30 p.m.

As part of the Treasurer’s Report, the Board accepted and/or approved the following items:
•January Meeting Minutes.

•Financial statements and investments for January 2017 as presented.

•Appropriation modifications as presented.

As part of the Superintendent’s Report, the board accepted and/or approved the following items:
•Maternity leave for Kristan Norden.

•Caye Schroeder as a Certified Substitute.

•Lydia Brock as a Secretarial Substitute.

•To move Brian Bugbee to full time Lead Instructor in the Paramedic Program for Adult Ed.

•Laura Hetrick as Leisure Instructor for Adult Ed.

•Carrie Boettger as Health Programs Instructor for Adult Ed.

•Board Committees as presented.

•Courses of Study for CAD and Sports Fitness.

•The Tax Abatement for Menards as presented.

•To move the date of the June 2017 Board Meeting to June 29.

•To move the start time of Board Meetings to 6:30 p.m., for the rest of 2017.

Under Board Committee Reports, the Board received updates from:

•Policy Committee
•Legislative Liaison

Upcoming meetings involving members of the Four County Career Center Board of Education include the Finance Committee Meeting at 6:00 p.m., as well as the regular March Board Meeting at 6:30 p.m., both on March 16, 2016 in the Multi-Purpose Room at Four County Career Center.
