Four individuals were recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Seth Fletcher,18, of 1100 Barney Oldfield Dr. in Wauseon previously pleaded guilty to Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor. On February 13, 2018, he did with the knowledge of the character of the material or performance involved, create, record, photograph, film, develop, reproduce or publish material that shows a minor participating or engaging in a sexual activity.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Fletcher to 2 years in prison, and ordered him to pay prosecution and court-appointed counsel fees.
Mr. Fletcher was found to be a Tier II sex offender, which requires address registration for 25 years, with in-person verification every 180 days with the sheriff of all counties in which he resides.
Nathaniel R. Saldivar, age 29, of Wauseon pled guilty to Aggravated Possession of Drugs. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about April 13th, 2018, Mr. Saldivar possesses methamphetamine.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Saldivar to two years of community control. He ordered Saldivar to be released from CCNO on October 1st, 2018 with credit for jail time served in the amount of 18 days; pay prosecution costs; pay a fine of $500; be assessed by a drug/alcohol treatment facility and successfully complete any recommended treatment and aftercare; not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs in his home or vehicle; and not enter bars and/or taverns.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Saldivar serving 11 months in prison.
Maria del Carmen Lopez, age 34, of Wauseon previously pled guilty to Theft. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about February 13, 2015 to August 10, 2017, Ms. Lopez stole food assistance services from the Fulton County Dept. of Job and Family Services totaling more than $7,500 but less than $150,000.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Lopez to two years of community control, He ordered Ms. Lopez to serve three days in CCNO on or before December 1, 2018, and to pay prosecution costs. Ms. Lopez has paid restitution to the Fulton County Dept, of Job and Family Services.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Ms. Lopez serving six months in prison.
Brett M. Casey, age 32, of Fayette previously pled guilty to Failure to Register as an Arson Offender. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about November 8, 2016, Mr. Casey failed to reregister annually in person with the sheriff in the county in which he resided.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Casey to three years of community control, He ordered Mr. Casey to serve 30 days in CCNO before January 1, 2019; pay prosecution costs; be successfully discharged from any recommended treatment and aftercare with the Veterans Administration; not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs in his home or vehicle; and not enter bars and/or taverns.
Failure to abide by these conditions could result In Mr. Casey serving 11 months in prison.
