
On Sunday, May 15, Fulton 4-H Connection held a meeting and project day at the advisor’s home. Demonstrations were given by: Samantha Stein, how to make an emergency candle; Lydia Buckbee, how to decorate cupcakes; Nicole Stein, how to make Christmas cards. After the demonstrations, members and their families were able to make Christmas cards, decorate their own cupcake and make a candle to take home. Some members worked with people experienced in their project area such as archery, electricity and feeder calves. The club discussed community service projects and concluded playing a game led by Amber Rufenacht.
At the April 24 meeting, Cory and Conner Johnson provided a demonstration on parliamentary procedure and Sarah Lumbrezer shared with the club why they should attend 4-H Camp.
On Sunday, March 28 had a meeting and elected new officers. New officers are as follows: Sarah Lumbrezer, President; Mindy O’Neil, Vice President; Samantha Stein, Secretary; Chaz Meyer, Treasurer; Lydia Buckbee, Health Officer; Landon Nisley, Safety Officer; Nicole Stein, Reporter; Alexis Reber, Historian; and Amber Rufenacht, Recreation Leader. Other members include Cory Johnson, Conner Johnson and Rachel Weilend. The advisors are Pat Schroeder, Lori Johnson and Heather Wilson.
