The Fulton County Commissioners met for their regular session on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. The meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer, followed by approval of the minutes from the previous November 20 session and the day’s agenda.

Following routine procedural approvals, the board moved through a series of resolutions tied to county operations and year-end financial activity.

Payment of bills was authorized, and appropriations were approved for multiple departments, including requests related to the Sheriff’s Office and Western District Court. One request involved transferring funds into the SRT equipment line, while another increased jury fee appropriations to cover costs from a recent trial.

The board also authorized ditch maintenance collections presented by the county engineer, reflecting annual balances and percentage assessments across numerous drainage projects.

Two construction-related items were finalized, including change orders and final payments for the TSR108.5 bridge replacement with RG Zachrich and for the 2025 pavement marking program through Oglesby Construction.

A payment request was also approved for Pleasant View Wastewater Treatment Plant engineering services.

Purchase orders and travel requests were approved to close out the session, and the meeting was adjourned shortly after. With no other business, the meeting was adjourned.
