FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Commissioners Hold Single Meeting During Independence Week

The Fulton County Commissioners held their meeting on Tuesday, July 2nd. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Minutes from the June 27th meeting were approved first, along with the current agenda and approval of bills. Commissioners next moved to approve the following agenda items.


– Resolution 2024-520 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

– Resolution 2024-521 Approve Legal and Authorize Ad for Ditch Improvement 2145- Busch.

– Resolution 2024-522 Accept Retirement Resignation of JFS Employee.


– Resolution 2024-523 Accept Resignation of Commissioners Employee.

– Resolution 2024-524 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

– Resolution 2024-525 Dispose of Unneeded, Obsolete, or unfit property.


– Resolution 2024-526 Authorize Board President to Execute Revised Grant Award

– Resolution 2024-527 Continue Final Hearing for Ditch 2151 Gorham Township.

With no other items to attend to, the meeting was adjourned. County offices were closed on July 4th and 5th for the Independence Day holiday.
