(PRESS RELEASE) On October 21, 2024, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
-JASON D. DUHART, age 42, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear as Required by Recognizance. On or about September 20, 2024, he allegedly did fall to appear For a Pre-Trial Hearing as required after having been released on his own recognizance in connection to a felony offense. 24CR140.
-MARIANNE M. COOK, age 54, of Fayette, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about June 24, 2024, through June 26, 2024, she allegedly did knowingly obtain, possess, or use Methamphetamine. 24CR147.
-KOLINA M. BROWN, age 31, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Theft. On or about February 28, 2024, through September 8, 2024, she allegedly stole various merchandise from another, which was valued at one thousand dollars or more and less than seven thousand dollars. 24CR145.
-SHANTEL N. LINTON, age 38, of Fayette, OH, was as indicted on one count of Breaking and Entering and count of Criminal Mischief. On or about September 20, 2024, she allegedly did, by force, stealth, or deception, trespass, as defined in section 2911.21(A)(1) of the Revised Code.
In the unoccupied structure of Victim 1, with the purpose to commit therein any the offense, as defined in Section 2913.01 of the Revised Code; and she allegedly did without privilege to do so, knowingly move, deface, damage, destroy, or otherwise improperly tamper with the property of Victim 1. 24CR139.
BLAISE D. RICHARDS. age 25, of Fayette, OH, was indicted on one count of Felonious Assault, one count of Domestic Violence, and one count of Strangulation.
On or about September 20, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to Victim by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance; he also allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause physical harm to a family or household member; and he allegedly did knowingly create a substantial risk of serious physical harm to Victim by means of strangulation or suffocation. 24CR146.
TIFFANY A. ATCHISON, age 35, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Receiving Stolen Property. On or about September 28, 2024, she allegedly did receive, retain, or dispose of the property of another, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that the property had been obtained through commission of a theft offense and the property involved was a motor vehicle. 24CR142.
-AMBER L. GLENN, age 50, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Disrupting Public Services and two counts of Obstructing Official Business.
On or about October 9, 2024, she allegedly did knowingly use any computer, computer system, computer network, telecommunications device, or other electronic device or system or the internet so as to disrupt, interrupt, or impair the functions of any police, fire, educational, commercial, or governmental operations; and she allegedly did, without privilege to do so and with purpose to prevent, obstruct, or delay the performance by a public official of any authorized act within the public official’s official capacity, an act that hampered or impeded a public official in the performance of the public official’s lawful duties, and the offense created a risk of physical harm to another. 24CR143.
-JOSE PINTO-MUNDARAY, age 31, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Felonious Assault. On or about September 28, 2024, he allegedly did knowingly cause or attempt to cause serious physical harm to Victim by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance. 24CR141.
-STEVEN J. LALLY, age 51, of Jackson, MI, was indicted on two counts of Menacing by Stalking. On or about September 17, 2024, he allegedly by engaging in a pattern of conduct, did knowingly cause Victim 1 to believe that Steven James Lally would cause physical harm to Victim 1 or a family or household member of Victim 1 or cause mental distress to Victim 1 or a family or household member of Victim 1; he allegedly by engaging in a pattern of conduct, did knowingly cause Victim 2 to believe that Steven James Lally would cause physical harm to Victim 1 or a Family or household member of Victim 2 or cause mental distress to Victim 1 or a family or household member of Victim 2; and he allegedly did knowingly make or cause to be made a telecommunication, or knowingly permit a telecommunication to be made from a telecommunications device under the person’s control, to another, and the caller made the telecommunication to the recipient of the telecommunication, to another person at the premises to which the telecommunication Is made, or to those premises, and the recipient or another person at those premises previously had told the caller not to make a telecommunication to those premises or to any persons at those premises. 24CR144.
It should be noted that an indictment Is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
