WEST UNITY: January 11, 2014 – The Hilltop Cadets played host on Saturday January 11 to the Hicksville Aces, falling by the score of 55-38.
For the Hilltop Cadets on the night, Freshman Quinn Smith led the way with 13 points on the game, while bringing down 5 rebounds. Tim Maneval dropped in 11 points on the game to go with his 5 steals; Xavier Lowery contributed 6 on the night while Jalen Towers added 4 points and 6 rebounds for the Cadets. Also on the board for Hilltop, Miklo Abner hit a bucket and grabbed 5 rebounds, and Will McKinney rounded out the scoring with 2 points.
The loss drops the Cadets to 1-6 on the season and Hilltop remains at 0-2 in the BBC.
