WEST UNITY: April 25– The Hilltop Lady Cadets posted an impressive performance on April 25, hosting Ottawa Hills and setting down the visiting team 21-1 in 5 innings to move to 9-5 on the year and remain at 6-0 in the BBC,
For the Lady Cadets in the win, both Hannah Bleikamp and Karissa Crisenberry went yard in the game. Bleikamp had 2 RBI’s in the game while Crisenberry had 4. Brittany Mocherman also had a big day, going 3 for 4 from the box and driving in a game high 5 runs. Brooke Chapin had 2 RBI’s off of a 3 for 4 performance, while Allie Schmitt had a 2 for 4 day with 1 RBI. Sydney Schmitt went 2 for 3 with an RBI; LeAnn Joost had 1 hit and drove in 2 runs also in the Lady Cadet victory.
