LIMA: April 25– The Wauseon Indians packed the bus and headed south on April 25 for an out of conference outing with Lima Central Catholic. The Indians, behind the dominant pitching of Nate Suntken held LCC to just 3 hits on the afternoon to move to 11-4 overall on the year. Wauseon sits at 6-0 in the NWOAL.
Offensively for the Indians, Suntken and Josh Kauffman both went 2 for 3 in the game and were each credited with 2 RBI’s in the victory. Axel Bueter had the hot bat of the day for Wauseon, going a perfect 4 for 4 with 1 RBI; Peyton Shadbolt, JJ Kauffman, Clay Tefft, and Ty Suntken each connected for hits in the Indian victory.
