WEST UNITY: June 25 – Hilltop was able to put across an unearned run in each of the first three innings to trip Pettisville, 3-2, on June 25.
Quinn Smith picked up the win in relief of Nic Schieber, who allowed two runs, one unearned. Smith helped his own cause with a pair of singles, with Cole Haynes getting another base hit.
Christian Barhite took the tough loss for Pettisville. Pettisville registered five singles, with Barhite, D. King, D. Nofziger, J. Rufenacht and J. Rupp each getting a hit.
