There was a great turn out this year for Christmas for Kids at the Hilltop High School on December 4, 2012. Rick Small, along with The Mix 98.1 crew, came to do a live radio broadcasting during the toy drive from 7-9 a.m. Toys, nonperishable food, and monetary donations were brought throughout the morning, from the Young Fives class to high school student, staff, and parents. Some students got to talk on the radio as they brought in toys.
The Hilltop Student Council would like to send a special thank you to local businesses that also came to make donations such as PJ&T Trucking, A.J. Door, and Sudden Service Expediting, Inc., and Thompson Moving. The Hilltop High School Student Council would like to thank all of those who participated and made Christmas a little brighter for our area children and families!
