Ian Ingram (1929 – 2014)

Ian Ingram, age 84, of Portland, Oregon, died at 8:15 P.M., Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Marquis Autumn Hills Memory Care in Portland, where he was a resident. Mr. Ingram was a graduate of Edon High School and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo School of Pharmacy. He began his work as a Pharmacist in New Mexico and later moved to Oregon where he owned a drug store for 25 years.

Ian Ingram was born on March 5, 1929 in Alvarado, Indiana, the son of Clarence and Beatrice (Morley) Ingram. He married Alice Brandt in 1954, in Seattle, Washington and she survives.

Survivors include his daughter, Ellen, sons, Dale, Forrest and Peter; his grandchildren, Glenn, Niehls, Carolyn, Sonia and Adrienne; sisters, Bonnie Reas and Kathi Stevens; his nieces and nephews and a cousin, Connie Dewire. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Nancy Beecher and Gene Poling, and three brothers, Don, Walter and Jim Ingram.
