Kathy Goller (1952-2023)

Kathy J. Goller, 70, of Bryan, Ohio passed way Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers, Bryan Hospital, Bryan, Ohio.

Kathy was born April 29, 1952, in Bryan, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles J. and Helen E. (Baird) Brannan. She was a 1970 graduate of Bryan High School.

Kathy married George A. Goller on January 9, 1971, in Bryan, Ohio and he preceded her in death on February 13, 2006. Kathy worked at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Bryan, Ohio for 19 years until her retirement in 2019.

She previously worked at ARO Corp., Murphy’s, and S&S Specialties. Kathy was a loving and caring person, always looking for ways to invest in those around her.


She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving is her son, George D. (Lisa) Goller of Bryan, Ohio; grandson, Abel Goller; two sisters, Sharon Hummel of Bryan, Ohio and Charlene (Rick) Franks of Bryan, Ohio; two brothers, Richard (Laraine) Brannan of Portland, Oregon and Kenneth Brannan of Glendale, Maryland; many nieces and nephews.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George A. Goller; grandson, Ethan Goller; sister, Barbara Froelich; two brothers, James Brannan and Robert Brannan; sister-in-law, Dee Brannan; brother-in-law, John Hummel.


Visitation for Kathy will be held Thursday, February 2, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan with a memorial service celebrating her life beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home with her son, George Goller officiating.

The family requests memorials be made to the Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
