The public is invited to attend Lake View Church’s Dramatic Christmas Musical: It’s The
Most Wonderful Time of the Year! Their Christmas Spectacular, arranged and orchestrated
by Russell Mauldin and Sue C. Smith, will be presented on Friday, December 14 at 7:00 PM,
Saturday, December 15 at 7:00 PM, and Sunday, December 16 at 4:00 PM.

It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year is a Dramatic Christmas Musical that features a
30 voice choir, inspirational drama, and music that is sure to tickle your spine and touch your
heart! It’s our joy and privilege to share the captivating story of Christmas by combining
familiar classic songs and hymns, along with new songs of the season. The story and drama
that is intertwined in the musical is set in a small town square where a local church choir is
getting ready for their annual Christmas presentation. Through the eyes of a local street vendor,
heart-felt stories are retold to communicate just what makes this annual event so special. When
an extraordinary selfless gift is provided by a doctor to a young boy, his need for surgery is
met before she will attend to her own immediate need for treatment and surgery. And as a
newspaper reporter publicizes the boy’s plight he is amazed, and surprised to see how God
moves in the hearts of the community as they show love to a total stranger. Giving is what
Christmas is all about – God sending His one and only Son to bring us a gift we did not deserve
– the free gift of salvation!

Rev. Stephen E. Smith and the Christmas presenters extend a warm and cordial welcome
for you to attend one of the three presentations: Friday, December 14 at 7:00 PM, Saturday,
December 15 at 7:00 PM, and Sunday, December 16 at 4:00 PM. Please feel free to stay for
light refreshments following each of these presentations. Tickets are required (though the event
is free of charge) and may be requested by contacting the church office at 517-567-8529.
