Local Official Represents Ohio Township Association At The Ohio State Fair

0807151208 WEBBob Short, Chairman of The Williams County Township Association, represented the Ohio Township Association at The Ohio State Fair by awarding the Intermediate Barrow Showmanship Trophy to Halle Elwer, of Delphos, Ohio. Halle is a member of The Delphos Livestock 4H Chapter. The Ohio Township Association is one of the top contributors of trophies in the state for winners of various showmanship contests.
