The Madison Township Trustees held their regular meeting on March 9, 2026, to approve routine business. Trustees Terry Huffman, Mark Schmucker, Jen Zuver, and Fiscal Officer Deb Maneval were present.
A series of checks was approved drawn on the township account for listed expenses, including refuse service, fire department costs, utilities, fuel, equipment, and road salt. A separate payment for de-icing salt was remitted to the Williams County Engineer.
Under trustee discussion, it was noted that Madison Township will not be conducting crack-sealing work this year despite receiving an inquiry.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned with a motion by Schmucker and a second by Zuver.
