Margaret L. Miller, 98, of Bryan passed away on September 3, 2021 at Hillside Country Living in Bryan, OH. She was born on May 15, 1923 in Stryker to Wendell and Ruth Grieser.
Margaret graduated from Stryker High School. On August 22, 1942 she married John Denver Miller in Stryker and they spent 72 loving years together before his passing on December 15, 2014.
Margaret was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Her family was truly the highlight of Margaret’s life. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Montpelier and involved with the Order of the Eastern Star. Margaret enjoyed baking and cake decorating.
Margaret is survived by her children, Chuck Miller of California, Rich (Cindy) Miller of Connecticut and Sue Anderson of Colorado; eight grandchildren, Sean, Derek and Kevin Anderson all of Colorado, Tory Todaro, Molly Lee, Alexa McGerry and Chris Miller all of California and Kyle Miller of Connecticut; nine great grandchildren, Charlie Lee, Ella and William Todaro, Dylan and Evie Anderson, Quinn and Cole McGerry and Cora and Grant Miller; two sisters, Jeanne Robinson and Barb Hall; and other family members.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Denver Miller; daughter, Nancy Miller; daughter-in-law, Betsy Miller; and four siblings, Don and Bill Grieser, Marilyn Crosby and Geraldine Werder.
Margaret will be laid to rest in a private graveside service at Riverside Cemetery in Montpelier.
