Marion Junior Garrison, 68, of Gorham St., Fayette, died suddenly Monday, December 28, 2015, in Ashley, IN, the result of an automobile accident. He was born October 1, 1947, in Wauseon, OH to the late Charles and Bertha (Peebles) Garrison. He married Dottie Lou Cole on December 23, 1967, in Hillsdale, MI, and she preceded him in death on April 13, 2012.
Marion, a life-long resident of Fayette, graduated from Gorham Fayette High School Class of 1966. He worked much of his career as a machinist at Reed Air Products in Waldron, MI, where he served for a term as Union President. He was a member of the Eagles in Bryan, OH. He enjoyed riding his Harley, and camping, boating, and cruises with his family. He was a family man, and will be sorely missed.
Surviving are his son, Ronald Garrison, of Morenci, MI; half-sister, Maryann (David) of Newcomerstown, OH; five grandchildren, Falon, Ridge, Brianna, McKayla, and Alden; 6 great-grandchildren; and four sisters-in-law, Wanda Rosales, of Albion, IN, Anna (Bruce) Grwinski of Auburn, IN, Kittie (Ric) Richmond of Montpelier, OH, and Gloria (Kenneth) Keasal of Hillsdale.
