Guests stepped into a world of elegance and international flavor during the Museum of Fulton County’s annual Mother’s Day Tea, held Saturday, May 10th, at the History Manor on Monroe Street.

The beloved tradition welcomed attendees to enjoy fine teas, dainty fare, and vintage ambiance in celebration of mothers and meaningful friendships.

Set in the beautifully preserved History Manor, this year’s event brought a global flair by featuring teas inspired by the museum’s current “We the People” exhibit, which celebrates the diverse immigrant cultures that helped shape Fulton County.

Tea selections and treats paid homage to traditions from across the globe, reflecting the museum’s broader mission of honoring heritage through experience.

Served at three reserved seating times 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. Attendees enjoyed a curated menu of homemade scones, finger sandwiches, and desserts alongside premium teas. Many guests arrived dressed for the occasion, adding to the event’s timeless charm.

The History Manor, located at 229 Monroe Street, provided the perfect backdrop for the gathering. Originally a private home, the manor is now a community treasure preserved for special events such as this one.

Limited seating and advanced reservations ensured an intimate atmosphere for each session.
