Neil Ray Sebring, age 69, of Delta, passed away Monday morning, December 28, 2015 in his home. Prior to his retirement he was a Groover Technician for Bunting Bearing in Holland, for over 30 years.
Neil was born in Wauseon on January 14, 1946, the son of Dale and Lounetta (Fitzsimmons) Sebring. On July 24, 1982 he married Patricia (Groth) and she survives. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Delta. He collected coins and enjoyed puzzles.
Surviving, besides his wife, Trish, are children; Monica (Jeff) Luff of FL, Melody (Steve) Avers of Millbury, OH, Neil (Mindy) Sebring, II of Maumee, Amanda (David) Terry of MI, Robert (Kate) Sebring of WV; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Nancy (Lowell) Ayers of Wauseon and Joel (Karen) Sebring of Tucson, AZ. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Byron, Marvin, Gary and Larry, and sister, Sharon.
Visitation for Neil will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Delta, where the funeral will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, with the Rev. Eric Markovich, officiating. Interment will follow in the St. James Lutheran Cemetery in Archbold.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to Life Choice Hospice, 837 Crocker Rd, Westlake, OH 44145, Trinity Lutheran Church in Delta, or the charity of the donor’s choice.
