North Central Board Of Education Discusses New COVID-19 Protocols

The North Central Board of Education Special Meeting was called to order at 8:01 am on September 22nd in the High School Conference Room. Roll call was taken and Mr. Martin, Mr. Livengood, Mrs. Boothman, Mr. Burnett, and Mr. Hendricks were all present.

A motion was made by Mr. Livengood for approval of the September 14th minutes and it was seconded by Mr. Martin.

The meeting was held to discuss COVID-19 protocols. Current protocols that have been followed for the past two years from the Health Department were discussed as well as possible protocol options for quarantined individuals given by the board.

A motion was made by Mr. Burnett and seconded by Mrs. Boothman to approve the protocols for quarantine and quarantine choices made by the Board of Education. Protocols will start October 4th.


Motion was made and seconded to rescind the extra duty contract for Heather Hall JH Quiz Bowl. Motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:44 am.
