(October 7th, 2014)-WEST UNITY: Hosting the Lady Eagles of North Central, Hilltop struggled in the junior varsity contest against its Buckeye Border Conference opponent.
With 5 aces, Makayla Knapp led the visiting Eagles to victory against the hometown Cadets. Erin Ryan added 2 kills to the North Central effort.
The first game belonged to the Lady Eagles, who claimed a 25-11 win. Hilltop battled back in game 2, but fell just short, 23-25.
