PIONEER – The North Central Lady Eagles welcomed the Tinora Rams to Pioneer on April 9th for a non-league affair. The Lady Eagles protected their home turf by pounding out 23 hits and sending the Rams home with a 13-3 six inning setback.
McKayla Swank went the distance for the Lady Eagles giving up three runs on eight hits, fanned four and walked one.

Madison Messner swung a hot stick for North Central collecting four RBI with four singles. Reese Cogswell slammed a double and three singles and plated three runners. Bralyn Wyrick and Sabrina Pickford each doubled and singled twice, with Wyrick’s two bagger sending the game ending run home. Shaylee Oyer tripled and singled, while Brittany Laney added three base hits. Rachel Oxender had two base knocks, with Swank and Abbey Litzenberg each smacking singles. The win moves the Eagles to 4-3 on the season.
