He feels they have a great team, the administration, staff and faculty and that he wishes that everyone would get behind them.

Tim Livengood stated, “We all do the decision making with our whole heart and a passion. We wouldn’t be here if we didn’t care. If I can put one thing out there it would be Imagine what it would be like to have 100% support for all of our staff, admin, coaches and students. Imagine what we could accomplish. We appreciate everybody here and there really is no I in team.”

The sadness was palpable as they shared their thoughts and feelings about how “beaten down” they are, saying that they feel like every move is questioned and they are doing their best. Leigh Boothman said “We may not always do the popular decision, but we do what we feel is right.” They were also sad about the staff that are leaving, which includes the Athletic Director/HS Math Instructor Greg Waidelich.

Following their comments, the Board went into an Executive Session at 7:40 for the purpose of discussing Personnel and Employment. They came out of Executive Session with No Action taken and began the second portion of the Public Meeting.
