SWANTON – Swanton exploded for 12 runs in the first inning and rolled past Wauseon 21-9 in a NWOAL makeup game.
Adriana Elliott and Carli Lagrange both hit grand slams in the first inning onslaught and Alex Faber added three hits and knocked in six runs on the night.
Aubrianna Everly and Layla Martinez each homered for Wauseon with Everly also adding two singles and drove in three runs.
