Edon Council Gives Final Approval To Amendment For Zoning Code

The Village of Edon held their meeting on Monday July 19th at 7:00pm with all council members present. Following a call to order a reading and approval of the previous meetings minutes commenced. Council then proceeded with a presentation of the financial report and bills which were approved.

The councilĀ  then moved to communications and committee reports where board members and guests could address the council.

In old business the council held the third and final reading for Ordinance 05-21 regarding an amendment to the zoning code. This ordinance was approved by the council.

Moving to new business, Resolution 05-21 was put forward. This resolution was in regard to accepting amounts and rates as determined by the Williams County budget commission for 2022. This resolution also passed.

Council then discussed the possibility of entering into an executive session before adjourning.
