The Pettisville Local Board of Education met for its regular session on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

Following roll call, the board noted that no guests petitioned to speak. The board then moved into its consent agenda, approving minutes from the November 2025 regular meeting, accepting the financial reports as presented by the treasurer, approving payment of bills as submitted, and approving summer personnel, including AD Mendoza and Delaney Nofziger as Summer Recreation Coordinators.

Also included in the consent agenda, the board approved the date and time for the January 2026 organizational meeting, with the meeting scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., and approved Brent Hoylman to serve as president pro tem for that meeting. The full consent agenda passed on a 5-0 roll-call vote.

Administrator reports followed from Elementary Principal Jason Waldvogel and Junior High and High School Principal Adam Wagner.

A treasurer’s report and a superintendent’s report from Josh Clark were also presented, with time allocated for public comment on the proposed 2026-2027 school calendar.

The board later voted to enter executive session for the purpose of the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of an employee or official.

Executive session began at 7:28 p.m. and concluded at 9:10 p.m., after which the meeting adjourned.
