SPEAKING CONTEST — Throughout the month of January into February, Pettisville FFA member Ali Genter (above) competed in the FFA Creed Speaking Career Development Event (CDE). Ali was honored to place second in Fulton County FFA on January 29, which qualified her for the district contest on February 3. The District 1 competition consisted of 10 total students from 5 counties in Northwest Ohio. Ali placed first in the Creed contest, advancing her to the state level of competition. Ali competed in the state contest on March 7 and was in the top 20 creed speakers in the state of Ohio.
