(September 9th, 2014): The Lady Blackbirds competed against St. Paul on Tuesday. St. Paul proved to be quite resourceful, though, as they were able to take down Pettisville in straight sets.
The Pettisville girls struggled in the first set. They lost the game 14-25. Game 2 saw the Lady Blackbirds spread their wings and elevate their game. They couldn’t fly high enough, though, as they still dropped the set 23-25.
Overall, the Seventh Grade Squad from Pettisville has a 2-2 record, and is still a perfect 1-0 in BBC play.
