The area just off of the 80/90 Toll Road near Edon has been bustling with economic activity lately, and the ribbon cutting ceremony held at the new Pilot Flying J Travel Center at 14896 State Route 49 is the latest example.

This location is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and will be open constantly for travelers since they opened their doors September 30, 2023.

The location also offers hot meals, packaged snacks, showers, and assorted beverages for those interested.

With around 30 employees, this round-the-clock location is spearheaded by Regional Manager Lisa Trotogot and General Manager Christy Johnson.

They have already been active locally as well, having made a $10,000 donation to the Edon Northwest Local School District. This donation was used for interactive boards to be used at the high school starting in December.

Superintendent Anthony Stevens shared that Pilot “has been a fantastic partner and supported our direction with this project, we’re very blessed.”

Come in and see the Edon area’s newest businesses right off of the 80/90 Toll Road on State Route 49, and meet the team at Pilot Flying J Travel Center that’s excited to be servicing travelers right in Edon, Ohio.
