Nothing says summer like a scoop of free ice cream, and on May 10th, the Fountain City Amphitheater served up sunshine and sprinkles with the help of a fan favorite – Pink Penguin Premium Ice Cream.

The event, cheerfully dubbed “Get the Scoop at the AMP,” was presented by Project Next and invited families, music lovers, and ice cream enthusiasts alike to gather from 1 to 3 p.m. for a flavorful afternoon of cool treats and even cooler vibes.

Parked in front of the Bryan Amphitheater, the Pink Penguin truck dished out smiles in bright pink polka-dot cups.

The event also gave guests a preview of the amphitheater’s summer schedule, mixing treats with music and a relaxed afternoon atmosphere. Families and friends came together to enjoy a bit of sunshine, good company, and something cold to beat the heat.

Pink Penguin continues to grow its presence in the area, specializing in private events and community gatherings. Their appearance at the AMP was a welcome addition, and a cool way to ease into summer.
