Pioneer Area Lions Welcomes Region Chairman John Cordes

DISTRICT UPDATES … At their November 11th meeting Pioneer Area Lions welcomed Lion John Cordes from Holgate Lions Club. Lion John is serving his second year as OH 1 Region Chair and monitors 15 clubs. Lion John reported on district updates and said 3 counties in NC are in need of Buddy Boy heaters due to the devastation from Hurricane Helene. Pioneer Lions responded by donating $500 for heaters. Also, Pioneer Lions recently donated $200 each to Montpelier and Pioneer Ministerial Associations. Pictured above are Lion John Cordes (left) and Pioneer Lion President Jim Gilcher.
