Through a partnership with the community, the Pioneer Branch Library is getting a new storage shed. The Village of Pioneer donated labor and shared the cost of concrete for the new shed. The Pioneer Friends of the Library donated $500 towards the storage shed cost, and the Williams County Public Library paid the remaining cost of the project. North Central High School vocational agriculture department instructor and FFA advisor, Jess Tracey, is guiding structural engineering students during afternoon, on-the-site training as they build the storage shed at the Pioneer Branch Library. WCPL Facilities and Maintenance Manager, Tyson Horton, is also assisting with the construction. The goal is to complete the shed before snow accumulates.
