Michael A. Ledesma, 46, LKA Delta, OH, previously pled guilty to Attempted Failure to Provide Notice of Change of Address. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Ledesma to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, pay a $500 fine, have no contact with a witness, stay out of bars/taverns, serve 1 day in CCNO, with credit for time served, seek and maintain employment, and have no unsupervised contact with any female under the age of 18. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Ledesma spending 24 months in prison.
Cory W. Jones, 55, of Wauseon, OH, previously pled guilty to Domestic Violence. On June 30, 2015, he caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Jones to 2 years of community control and ordered him to have no contact with the victim, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol or any illegal substance, be assessed for alcohol and anger management treatment, and successfully complete all recommendations, and serve 8 days in CCNO with credit for time served. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Jones spending 12 months in prison.
Williams R. Mohr, 38, of Alvordton, OH, pled guilty to Illegal Assembly of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs. On March 20, 2015, he assembled chemicals to manufacture Methamphetamine. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Mohr to 36 months in prison and ordered him to pay prosecution costs and have his driver’s license suspended for 5 years.

FULTON COUNTY SHERIFF
Sheriff Roy E. Miller announces that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Traffic Enforcement Blitz. This Blitz will run December 11th through December 20th. Deputies will be working various hours and locations around Fulton County and they will be looking for impaired drivers and violations associated with impaired driving. Sheriff Miller and his deputies are dedicated to protecting the citizens of Fulton County and the motorists who travel its highways. These Blitzes are being funded from a grant that was awarded to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. The grant pays for extra patrol to enforce traffic laws that will increase the safety of motorists on the roadways in areas that a prone to a higher number of serious and fatal crashes.
