Premier Esthetics marked the grand reopening of its business with a ribbon cutting held at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, at its new location at 474 Airport Highway in Wauseon.
The business has relocated into the former Wauseon Eye Care building, offering expanded space and improved accessibility for clients.
The move represents a new chapter for the locally owned med spa after several years of operating from smaller locations within the community.
Owned by Rory and Kristen Strugalski, Premier Esthetics has been serving Fulton County residents since around 2021. The business previously operated from other locations, most recently on East Elm Street, before moving into its new space.
According to the owners, the ribbon cutting served as a grand reopening rather than the launch of a new business, highlighting growth rather than a change in mission.
Premier Esthetics is a full-service medical spa offering a wide range of treatments. Services include Botox and dermal filler injections, GLP-1 weight loss treatments, IV hydration therapy, laser hair removal, and aesthetician services including waxing and brow treatments.
The business also features a retail area with skin care products, including ZO Skin Health and Revision Skincare, along with holistic and organic wellness products designed to support overall health and skin care.

Rory Strugalski, an emergency medicine physician, oversees many of the medical services offered at the spa alongside trained nursing staff.
He completed his residency at St. Vincent’s and currently works full-time in the emergency department at Henry County Hospital.
The couple said they recognized a need for medical aesthetic services closer to home, noting that many people previously had to travel to Toledo or Fort Wayne for similar treatments.
The new location provides several advantages over the previous space, including a single-floor layout that improves accessibility for all clients, including those with mobility challenges.

The updated floor plan also allows for increased privacy in treatment rooms and offers more visibility due to its proximity to one of the busiest intersections in Fulton County. The owners said the move was driven by both growth and a desire to better serve patients.
Premier Esthetics maintains retail hours Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon, with aesthetic and injectable appointments available by booking.
Consultations are offered at no cost, allowing clients to discuss goals and treatment options before committing to any procedures.
Strugalski emphasized the pair’s focus on personalized care and customer service as they continue to expand their presence in the Wauseon community.
