A new Renhill location has opened in Wauseon. The HR on Demand company is now located at 1214 North Shoop Avenue.

According to VP of Business Development Jackie Barnes, the company serves as a staffing agency. Their goal is to help individuals find employment and to also help companies find employees.

“Most of the work we hire for is industrial. We find employment for factories, warehouses, and assembly-type work, but we also have clerical professional placements as well.”

“These would be your plant managers, maintenance techs, office administrators, and more. Our newest division is in healthcare where we provide STNAs, schedulers, and more.”

“We also have a big presence on the education side with substitutes and educational aids. If it’s a safe place to work, wages are good, and employee-friendly, we will try our best to get those positions filled.”

Barnes also went on to explain more about the company, touching on subjects such as the fact the company is woman-owned and has been a recruiting firm since 1970.

She even went on to explain that she has been with the company for 45 years now and that the company is not new to the area.

“We are not new to the community. We moved to this new building in October. We really wanted a more visible location, and it has been working great for us.”

“We are very excited to keep our presence here in this community that we have been a part of for over 20 years. If you’re looking for a job or looking to hire for your business, come see us.”
