Saturday, February 11 Scoring Summaries

GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL

Delta 59, Holgate 37

The Panthers improved to 12-8 on the season with the non-league win. Maddie Mattimore was on target as she led the Delta offense with 26 points. Abby Freeman added 10 points in support.


Otsego 46, Swanton 31

BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL

Fayette 44, Evergreen 38

Each team battled sinking 12 three-points shots between them, but in the end it was the Eagles disposing of Evergreen in a non-conference game. Fayette was led by Clayton Pheils with 12 points, all coming from three-point land. Austin Blanton matched Pheils output, scoring 12 for Evergreen.


Bryan 62, Napoleon 56

The Golden Bears had four players reach double figures with their non-league win over the Wildcats. Zhane Cupp led with `15, Peyton Lamberson with 11 and Evan Smith along with Colt Arthur 10 points apiece.

Hilltop 41, Fairview 35

The Cadets kept their winning ways alive with the non-conference match up against the Apaches. Hilltop led the whole way and were led by Tim Maneval’s 13 points. Quinn Smith added 11.

BOYS JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL

Evergreen 40, Fayette 17

Etue and Henricks guided the Vikings with nine points apiece in the non-league win. Porter Maginn and Noah Bingman led Fayette with five points each.

Fairview 50, Hilltop 30

Easton Herr and Christian McKinney led the Cadets with 11 points apiece.

FRESHMAN BASKETBALL

Pettisville 35, Montpelier 21

The Blackbirds put together a 21-8 second half to run away from the Locomotives for their ninth win of the season. Isaac Reyolds led Pettisville with 16 points and Mitchell Avina added 10 points.
