Tinora 45, Montpelier 40
The Locos (5-12) were trailing by 14 points heading into fourth quarter action. During the final frame they fought back with a14-5 advantage but it was not quite enough. Lauren Cooley and Rebekah Carr led the Locos with 12 points apiece.
GIRLS JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL
Tinora 43, Montpelier 23
The Rams used a 25-6 third quarter run to sprint to the non-conference win. Kimme Engels led the Locos with 10 points and Halie Rose contributed with nine.
BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL
Archbold 61, Stryker 48
After a 13-8 advantage at the end of the first quarter, the Panthers fell behind 26-19 to end the half. The Bluestreaks (12-4) took command and stayed in charge the rest of the way for the non-league contest. Bryce Williams led the Archbold attack finishing with 22 points including nine points from beyond the arc. Also finishing in double figures for the Bluestreaks were Rigo Ramos with 12 and Kaiden Bedsole with 11. Chace Glock poured in 21 points for the Panthers (4-13).
BOYS JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL
Archbold 55, Stryker 16
The Bluestreaks opened up 32-17 halftime advantage as they rolled to an easy non-league win. Austin Wiemken and Mitch Grosjean paced Archbold with 12 points apiece. Cory Erbskorn added 11. Tristin Sampson led Stryker with six.
BOYS FRESHMAN BASKETBALL
Archbold 48, Pettisville 25
The Bluestreaks built up a 20-point advantage heading into the fourth quarter to help the to the non-league win over the Blackbirds. Mitchell Avina led Pettisville (7-8) with nine points.
BOYS JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL
Stryker 52, Edon 39
8th grade – The Panthers broke out to an 18-10 lead after one on way to the BBC win.
Kaleb Holsopple led Stryker and all scorers with 21 points. Edon finished with two players in double figures including Alex Herr with 18 points and Trey Whitney with 16.
North Central 44, Pettisville 26
7th grade – Leading the Eagles to the win were Zach Hayes with 28, Tucker Beres with seven, Colin Patten with five and the combo of Colton Hicks and Ryan Pfund with two points each.
Pettisville 42, North Central 19
8th grade – The Eagles had the following scorers: Ben Turner seven, Lamont Welch six, Jack Zenz, Travis Schmunk, and Zach Hayes all contributed two points each.

Pettisville 22, Montpelier 19
7th grade – After the Locos jumped out to a 12-7 half-time lead, the Blackbirds used a 9-0 run in the third quarter to get the win. Addison Moyer led Pettisville with nine and Meleah Plank added five. Richmire led Montpelier with 10 and McCord finishied with four.
Edon 34, Hilltop 31
7th grade – No Game Stats Submitted
Montpelier 29, Pettisville 21
8th grade – The Locos broke the game open with a 15-9 second-half advantage. Rupp led Montpelier with 13 points and Bumb added eight. Xavia Borden, Kearsten Zuver and Ellie Wixom had five points apiece for Pettisville while Ellie Hartzler added four and Kenzi Rivera finished with two.
