Seven Indicted By Williams County Grand Jury

The Williams County Grand Jury convened on July 20 and returned indictments against seven individuals facing a total of eighteen charges. Those indicted include:

Tiffany D. Fivecoate, 37, of Bryan was indicted on a total of four charges including two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, each a fifth-degree felony and two counts of Aggravated trafficking in drugs, each a fourth-degree felony. Fivecoate is accused of using or possessing as well as preparing for distribution or sale both methamphetamine and fentanyl on or about June 23.

Jonathon M. Gill, 47, of Pioneer was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a third-degree felony. Gill is accused of possessing or using methamphetamine on or about July 1.

Timothy K. Hanna, 36, of Ney was indicted on a total of five counts including two counts of assault, each a fourth-degree felony; one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; one count of petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of attempted breaking and entering, a first-degree misdemeanor. Hanna is charged with causing or attempting to cause harm to two Bryan Police Department officers on or about July 4, with breaking into an unoccupied structure in Bryan and stealing items on or about July 12, and with attempting to break into the same structure on July 14.


Theodore B. McDaniel, II, 41, of Bryan was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony. McDaniel is charged with possessing or using fentanyl on or about June 10.

Jesse D. Powell, 30, of Fort Wayne was indicted on two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, each a fourth-degree felony. Powell is charged with receiving a trailer and miscellaneous tools, valued at $8000 and $9270 respectively, on June 24 despite knowledge that there was sufficient cause to believe had been obtained through the commission of theft offense.

Carolee L. Reilly of Sturgis, Michigan was indicted for passing bad checks, a fifth-degree felony. Reilly is charged with passing a check for $2000, knowing it would not be honored, on November 23, 2020.


Crystal K. Schuman, 41, of Montpelier was indicted on a total of four counts including two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, each a fifth-degree felony; one count of Possessing Criminal Tools, also a fifth-degree felony; and one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, a fourth-degree felony. Schuman is charged with possessing or using methamphetamine and fentanyl as well as being in possession of digital scales, credit cards, hypodermic needles, and multiple mobile phones on or about April 30. Schuman is additionally charged with selling or attempting to sell fentanyl on or about April 29.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
