Stryker Junior High Take Third At Edgerton Invitational

(September 27th, 2014)-EDGERTON: Thirty-five girls and ninety-one boys from thirteen teams competed in the junior high heats of the Edgerton Invitational. The Stryker boys excelled in the environment, taking third place overall, while the Lady Panthers held their own as well.\

Abigail Grice was the first Lady Panther to cross the finish line, doing so at 16:14. Emily Banks was the only other Stryker girl in the race, finishing at 18:53.

For the Stryker boys, it was Izayah Ferguson who led the way, taking twelfth place with a time of 11:39. Tristin Sampson claimed twenty-first place on the Panthers behalf, clocking in at 12:12. Logan Boetz was close behind his teammate with a twenty-third place finish and a time of 12:21.
