Stryker Lady Panthers’ Offense & Defense Just Too Much For Hicksville

12-7-12 Htop v Stryk GBB (AW) (27) webHICKSVILLE – As Yogi Berra used to say, “It ain’t over till it’s over.” This game however, was almost over before it was over.

The Stryker Lady Panthers made the trip to Hicksville on December 11 to take on the Lady Aces. The hometown girls may have wished that they never opened the doors. The Lady Panthers turned an 18-3 lead into a 20-point halftime advantage on their way to a 65-27 blowout of their hosts.

Conner Varner led all scorers with 16 points for the Lady Panthers, with Connor Sullivan getting 13 points and Hannah Doehrmann 11. Maddie Uribes put in 8 points off the bench, while Ashley Haines added 6 points, Michaela Rupp 4, Emily Rupp 3, and Jordan Waidelich and Gabby Paxton each adding a deuce.
