Summer Events Get Underway At Fountain City Amphitheater In Bryan

Bryans Fountain City Amphitheater has been busy so far this June and according to its schedule will continue to be so throughout the rest of the month.

June 3rd saw a performance given by Mac Powell who was the lead singer of Christian Rock Band Third Day.


The band had been formed in Marietta, Georgia back during the 1990’s. Powell has since been continuing his singing career as a solo artist.

Numerous individuals set down a lawn chair and enjoyed the good weather for the Mac Powell concert that took place on June 3rd. Several other upcoming events, including concerts, are also taking place at the Amphitheater.

Other headliner events for the month of June were Bucket n Boards on June 10th and an upcoming performance on June 24th from Rockland Road at 8:00 p.m.

Other upcoming events include the Bryan City Band on June 21st at 11:00 a.m., a Family Craft Night on June 22nd at 7:00 p.m., Yoga on June 24th at 9:00 a.m., and Community Worship on June 25th at 11:00 a.m.

The amphitheater is located at 526 Avenue B in Bryan. Everyone can stay up to date on all of their upcoming events by visiting their Facebook page titled Fountain City Amphitheater.
